Reinhard Plank

Italy based footwear and hat designer Reinhard Plank likes to say he make his creations just like the sound of his name suggests: quirky, maybe a little eccentric, and sublimely simple. With an applied arts background and smaller design projects under his belt he began to recycle hats and re-shape them in his own personal style. In 2005 he moved to Tuscany to be immersed in the old traditional art of making hats and two years later he created his first shoe collection. All of his work is made in Tuscany.
